Welcome to RGB Ministries, Inc.! I am grateful that you have stopped by our website to find out more about our ministry and the work that we are doing for the Lord.RGB Ministries, Inc. was organized to provide resources for leadership, church development, evangelism, stewardship, and outreach ministries. In my thirty years of pastoring, I have experienced the struggle and challenges of trying to grow my congregation spiritually, while developing the desire and ability to perform outreach ministry. I have discovered that our people have too many other obligations, and it makes the responsibility of empowering them to do God's work challenging.
The mandate of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ, is to: go ye, therefore, into the world, and teach, preach, baptize and make disciples. It has been my experience that we, as pastors, and as lay leaders, expend far too much energy seeking to inform and educate our congregations about the Word of God, leaving us too little time to educate, train, and equip them for the ministries of evangelism and outreach. There is a need to develop leadership, sound stewardship, and a hunger and thirst for the work of evangelism and discipleship.
RGB Ministries, Inc. seeks to provide the resources that will help inspire, encourage, develop, and educate individuals to take leadership roles in the work of effectively building Gods Kingdom on earth. It is my hope that the sermons you will view, the material resources that are available to you, and the opportunities to utilize my services in teaching, preaching, and promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ, as well as training and empowering individuals to Gods service, will be of service to you and your Church.
Again, thank you for visiting with me today. If you are a member of Facebook, I also invite you to visit me there. Enjoy the website and I hope to hear from you soon!
11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people
for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
